Information on the Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)
Statement on the processing of personal data according to the regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and the instruction of data subjects (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

2. Sources of personal data
In most cases, personal data are collected directly from the entities (or from the entities' employers) with which a business relationship is established or is being established.
Another source is publicly accessible registers, lists and records (e.g. commercial registers, trade registers, websites...).
3. Legal basis and purpose of personal data processing
We process personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a contract between you and the administrator or for taking measures before concluding such a contract and, furthermore, due to the fulfilment of obligations that derive to the administrator from the relevant legal regulations.
The purpose of processing personal data is to process your inquiry or request in connection with the potential conclusion of a contract, order processing, delivery of goods and the exercise of other rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship. When placing an order, personal information is required, which is necessary for the successful processing of the order (name, address and contact).
If we process the data on the basis of your consent, the purpose of the processing will be stated in the consent request, together with other processing conditions.
4. Method of processing personal data
The processing of personal data is carried out by the administrator or persons authorised by him at the administrator's headquarters or by processors involved in the delivery of goods. Personal data may also be transferred to law enforcement authorities, administrative authorities, and legal representatives if this is permitted by law and if it is necessary to comply with the law or defend the Company's legal claims.
We take reasonable technical, physical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, processing, loss or damage.
We do not sell personal data to third parties, nor do we intend to transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU.
Your personal data will be processed for the time necessary to ensure the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship as well as from the relevant legal regulations.
5. Use of cookies
Cookies are short text files that the website you visit stores in your browser, allowing the website to record information about your visit.
Some cookies are necessary for the function of the website as a whole (e.g. the purchase process). The personal data that are stored in this process are encrypted.
Others are third-party cookies used for basic anonymous traffic statistics that do not contain or collect personal data.
6. Data subject rights
Under the conditions set out in the regulation, you have the right to request from the administrator access to your personal data, the right to correct or delete your personal data, or limit their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to the portability of your personal data.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated or is violating aforementioned regulation, you have, among other things, the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
